My cousin and best friend Brenda and her husband John
are adopting Lia from China. I am absolutely thrilled for her
that they are able to adopt a baby from China and I can't wait to
meet her.

Birth Place - Changsha, Hunan Province
Birth Date - October 8, 2003
Travel Dates - December 8 - 23rd, 2004
Agency - FTIA She has been at the Changsha First
City SWI since she was a month old. Being in Foster Care and not
in an orphange, she has received individual attention and monthly doctor
visits. Isn't she just precious!! =)
